This will be our second refurbished product (wireless router) we purchased. We hope the second purchase will just as good as our first purchase. We have been very happy with Cisco products.

After placing the order, there was a problem with the credit card numbers/address. I was told to call immediately or the order would be cancelled. I called that evening and was on hold for over an hour!!!! I finally hung up. How on earth does a customer remain on hold for over an hour waiting for someone to answer. For a tech company, I was extremely disappointed with the process of contacting Linksys!
