FOUND THE UPS BOX ON MY DOOR STEP WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK AND GOT RIGHT TO IT. REMOVED OLD STEREO PER THERE COMPREHENSIVE DIRECTIONS-IT WAS A BREEZE (DIDN'T BREAK A THING). OPENED NEW ITEM AND CONTINUED TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. RAN INTO A COUPLE OF SNAGS BUT THE STAFF WALKED ME RIGHT THROUGH IT. DON'T KNOW HOW THEY DO IT BUT THEY CAN CATCH RIGHT UP AND REMAIN PATIENT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. TOOK ME 3 HOURS TO REMOVE AND REINSTALL. KICKING MYSELF FOR EVER GOING TO A AUDIO INSTALL BRICK AND MORTAR SHOP IN THE PAST AND PAYING THOSE HIGH PRICES. THANKS GUYS, FROM THE PURCHASE TO THE FOLLOW UP "YOU GUYS WERE GREAT"!
