Mack's had everything I was looking for. However, I had to call to find out how to apply the promo code. It would not enter and on the phone I was told they were having problems. I had to call back after the order was placed so they could manually apply the code.

The decoys I received are extremely difficult to install the heads on. One of the bases on the head were cracked. When I called Macks for a resolution I was transferred to another department. I did not reach anyone so I left a voice message. To date no one has returned my call.
