This review is "highly" satisfied with the purchase experience at Ace Hardware.

I received an order confirmation Email and was told the products were located, but I never received a shipment Email notification. The next contact I had was the local ACE store telling me the order was at their store. I was about to call ACE customer support to ask why my order hadn't shipped when I received the call from the local store. This process could be improved.
