I paid an extra $20 for 2nd day delivery and it has been 10 days and still havent received it. I sent two emails to efaucets asking them to call me and they never called. They emailed me and made false claims that someone called me to notify me of the delay. I have my phone records and never received any calls nor did I have a missed call and I definitely did not speak to anyone. THey LIED to me which has me much more livid than I was originally. Especially now that 3 more days have passed and still havent received it nor has anyone called.
