I had to enter info during checkout approximately five times before checkout was complete even though I proofread everything before selecting continue. Very frustrating. Was unsure it this was a valid site or not.

Ordered in July. No communication coming from eFaucet. I had to initiate all calls. Once even told they had shipped, only to later hear that item was still on back order. Finally cancelled order but took two months to receive money back (December). This is NOT a stellar business.
