wish they had a "compare" feature on the site

I made a purchase of brushed nickel items -- nearly $500 worth -- and when I got the shipment everything was chrome! I had had problems with the website during pruchase -- it kept changing all the finishes to oil rubbed bronze, so I know it was the website and not me that caused the error. When I called and asked to return everything and get brushed nickel they said I have to wait 3-5 days for a return authorization and pay return shipping AND a 20% restocking fee (which is in addition to the $33+ I paid to get overnight shipping)!! Obviously I wouldn't have paid that premium if I didn't need everything IMMEDIATELY. Now I will be out nearly $150 and have nothing to show for it. I can't afford to buy the replacements from this company in case they mess up my order again!
