I recieved (4/10ths of my product or 40%) of my order. I called customer survice and they said they would get intouch with the distributer and send the other bottles of Fellows Shreder oil. He then said they would email a return slip to send back an item that was sent to me instead of the shredder oil....we never recieved the email or return slip. I currently have no oil and about 14 HP printer cartigages that I can not use........
