The overall experience was good. I would have liked the product to be delivered a little faster, but that is probably because i was anxious to have it. The product was exactly what i ordered and in new condition.

Everything with the order process was great and it arrived when I expected it to. However, I ordered a Red digital camera and received a purple one. But the wife liked it anyways so we didn't return it.
