I really like shopping at Buy.com. The only thing that bothers me is that you have no phone number listed on your site for customer assistance. I tried to stop an accidental double order in the past and found it very difficult.

I purchased a refurbished Westinghouse monitor last February. My call in June was to let buy.com know that the monitor came without a base or a VGA cable. Buy.com customer service told me to contact Westinghouse. I have and have been ignored twice.

I have not yet received a replacement for the returned item, however it is the product that was defective not the company.

The only problem was when my purchase was with FedEx they would not let me pick it up Friday or Saturday it arrived Friday morning they said it was in a locked container
