I have not installed the disk. However, I am concerned considering there was not packaging materials protecting the disk. The lone disk was free to move within a 8" x 10" x 3" box. I do hope the disk is not damaged!

insistence on RMA is unfair b/c were I required to use code and product defective, I would not have been allowed to return product and get refund. In my case, I didn't need to use code, but for other cases, policy is unfair.

I ordered Corel Word Perfect X3, which was sold for a higher cost than X4. They said on the site that if X3 was unavailable that they would ship X4 and I got X4. However, there was no price adjustment, so paid about $2.00 for the product I didn't...

The Windows 7 upgrade was propietary for HP. I have a Toshiba Satellite A215-5825 and am certain this upgrade would not work on my laptop. Please respond with a prepaid return authorization and a phone.
