Responses to feedback were promptly. I think that if I can't go into a store near by my town to purchase what is available online, Ann Taylor should offer the service of transfer the item to the store or waive the shipping charge.

I ordered a particular fit of pants based on the description of the product on the web site and on trying on the same fit in the store. They sent me the wrong fit of pants.Pants are being exchanged by mail (they sent me a pre-paid shipping label).

I ordered a ring and it as shipped in an flat envelope with no padding or box - the ring was crushed in the mail so I then had to pay $2.00 to return it. very disappointing that I had to pay money since they did not take the care to package it...

I like the style and quality of Ann Taylor, but I don't like the discount policy. Ann Taylor can let customer use only 1 coupon each time. In this part, I like Banana Republic better, where I can use 2 coupons each time.

the package tracking worked not at all - each time I tried it simply gave me 'billing information has been received'. However I received my package much faster than I expected!

i thought because i had an ann taylor card my shipping would be a no charge. Please advise your in store staff this is not the case. That is the reason i signed up for a credit card.
