I ordered two items. UPS said they were delivered and they were not. Eventually after a few attempts re: emailing (and one response that said to phone) I phoned customer service and they transferred me to the group that credited me for my order....

ANn Taylor said they had everything in stock and then notified me the day that the order was delivered that parts o fmy suit were missing. WHen I complained there was no resolution.
