Two of three items haven't yet been delivered in 2+ weeks. The tracking link doesn't mention when they will be sent. I can only assume they are backordered. I will contact the vendor at the end of this week, perhaps for a refund.

It took to long to get the item. There was no indication this was a special order product. Plus I received two emails regarding a survey of your company way before the product was even shipped. I placed the order on 8/19 and didn't get it till...

I have searched high and low for these mugs. If only I had realized long ago that they were only a keyboard away. I am thrilled! Much more than I expected. Great quality!
