Bought the product a couple of years ago...battery wouldn't take a charge after a couple of months didn't need the x battery at the time when it was needed Lowes said to me I was out of luck I waited to long.

I have had good experences with PC products, although the change in ownership(s) gives me anxieties, that product quality may decrease. I would think that my original charger should have lasted longer, I am a weekend hobbiest.

CPO Porter cable has been contacted, they responded, and a replacement item is in the mail. Should be received in 4-5 days.Very easy return policy.I'm satisfied.

CPO was not responsible for the delay...Fedex was. I called and have to give directions. It was one of two fedex trucks that had packages for me. One found me the other didn't.
