The handle for the polisher did not fit the unit the screw in handle screw is to short and therefore can not be mounted.

my order was perfect except i was missing one 18 volt battery.i called cpo and in 3 days i recieced a new battery .no questions asked.also my order was tools recondisioned and they sent a new battery now thats service.thanks deano jessey tools

I had a small problem with one item. Called Customer Service, and got the best service I've ever had. Problem is resolved with little extra effort on my part, and resolution was completed in record time. In a word, this transaction was AMAZING!

I've used my new drill very little but I am impressed with that little bit. I'm also impressed with the functioning of the charger--ie. allowing the spare battery to remain in the charger and the charger automatically shutting off.

I purchased (2) New 12 volt rechargable batteries that must have been "old stock" as they will not hold a charge. Someone should check the shelf life of these items.
