Ordered juicer over month ago. Charged my credit card, but never received juicer. Never heard from company despiyte 20 phone calls and 10 emails. No human ever responded. Zero customer service. Worst online experience in 15 years.

I waited for my juicer, which was listed as instock on the website for over 2 wks. It never arrived. During this time, tried contacting numerous times, got no response. Mailbox full most times. Finally canceled the order. Still no response.

I tried several times to track my order. I couldn't find any info. saying if/when it had been shipped. I fianlly emailed to see what the hold up was. No one ever responded to my email. Finally the package came about three days later.

When they (Steve) returned my call, things seemed to go smoothly. None of the e-mails I sent were responded to. after communication started, the issue was resolved fairly easily. I was offered and opted to take an upgrade from the item ordered.

If I ever receive my order I might be satisfied. After 2 voice messages left and two e-mails I finally got an email response saying my order might be here tomorrow. You people charged my credit card BEFORE shipping.
