I was disappointed in the time it took to ship my order. I ordered it from this website only because they talked about how fast they shipped. I was very disappointed. It took two emails and four days before I was helped.

Mabey offer more information in delivering charges to cananda.. that was a big question of mine!

I found that it was expensive to have the Yogurt maker shipped to Canada. $20.00 for shipping and $31.00 for duty for a $50.00 Yogurt maker. I would probably try harder next time to purchase from a Canadian sorce.

I asked for o/n delivery and or delivery where I would not have to pay for any surprise delivery fee, it is the first time that I order something online and was unaware of custom fees upon delivery... I asked the rep to have it shipped bck before it get to me once I got a phone call by surprise from UPS so that can be sent bck to me in a way where I would not have to pay anything from my pocket since again I was not aware and the agent told me that it would not happened. I end it up paying an extra 83.11$ cnd for my order, I am livid of the experience and the lack of understanding/help in resolving this big error. i did send them two email, plus 3 phone call. the email wasn't answer and at the same time i don't know the status of the order. the order was done of feb 26 and today is april 11 and the receiver still waitng for the item. who much longer does the customer need to wait to receive two item and how long do i have wait to see respose? My order came before the date expected and arrived in good condition! I have used my juicer several times now and couldn't be happyer!
