I was a little upset that when I placed the order everything was in stock,they billed my credit card,and when I received my order I was a item short.I didn't receive the Harry Potter Death Eater.

I had previously purchased a Griffindor Scarf (w/o patch). These scarves are a slightly different color which I like better. I'm giving my friend the original scarf and returning one.

Quick delivery. The product (Maurauder's Map) exceeded my expectations. It looks just like the map in Prisoner of Azkaban film. Very happy with this product.

I use to love dealing with WB shop however using a courier service for shipping to international destinations is far too expensive (it doubled my shipping costs)! Item also arrived broken and require fixing, which I have been done.

Shipping costs with DHL are quite a lot to European destinations. I suggest that you include standart shipping possibility to your shipping methods for those who can wait their order for few days more and want to save few dollars.
