The experience was very good apart from the important matter of inspection. The product arrived with two glaring problems, both of which I was able to fix with the help of an experienced friend before installation. But still...

The hood vent was installed yesterday. The workmen in the house are all impressed with it. With the tile going up behind it the visual appeal is wonderful. My son and I programed the vent last evening and actually had fun!

We have the product but it has not been installed. The offer of $25 is bogus and should not be allowed. If we have problems with the unit during installation or after, Euro-Kitchen will be contacted.
