If it wasn't for FEDEX putting forth a miserable attempt at best to deliver the packages the first time, this purchase would have been rated higher.

I was able to reach Euro-Kitchen representatives very easily. We are rebuilding our home because we flooded during Hurricane Ike. We have not installed the vent hood yet. I am looking forward to seeing it mounted.

I have not had a chance to fully unpack and test hood because the cabinets have not come in yet. So far everything exceeds my expectations.
