Order was on time and as expected. The only thing that I don't like is the shipping company (FedEx Ground). They don't make it easy for us.

Never rec'd my furniture I purchased on 10/10. I was told 5 times furniture will be shipped out and I should be granted a discount for the inconvenience and as of yet....nothing! No furniture..no call...no service.

Excellent shopping experience. Very easy to navigate through site. Price was the best around. The product was better then I expected. Very good quality for the price. Shipping was amazingly quick. Very pleased with my overall experience.

The actual color of the unit and the website picture color are two different things. It doesn't match what I wanted it to but,I didn't want to go to the hassle of sending it back.

Product description was incorrect,customer service told me too bad I'll be charged. Had to call the manufacturer. Finally spoke to a higher level customer service rep who helped correct the problem. No tracking information was ever sent.

Two pieces were damaged during shipment. They are two of the shelfs, Item D in the assembly instructions.
