The purchase of our wine was very easy. The problem I had was with their choice of shippers (UPS). It took them longer to deliver the product from the UPS location 15 miles from my home than it did to get from Wine Express to Texas.

Use PAYPAL to pay for order. Cans was taken from account a few days after the day I ordered yet I waited almost a month for the product. I called requesting a resolution and was told they couldn't help me as the accountanting department handled that.
