Did not know that items would be shipped from two separate locations. Item (1) was "missing" from 1st received package. Arrived later. Very happy with phone help to resolve my questions.

Received order was very satisfied! I ordered 1 cable in error. Adam De Hoyos assisted me in returning and ordering a replacement. Transaction and return has been the smoothest and easiest transaction I have had because of Adam. He was very awsome!

package shipped thru FedEXto a PO Box.i was not told they couldnt ship to PO Box. FedEx deliv it to a house 4 miles from where i live, dont know why. I had to drive to town and find it at the abandond house. I would like to suggest you use USPS to... (more)
