I ordered 6 cases of wines. They do not have stock on hand but they told me my order was processing. After 5 days, i did not hear any news from them, i emailed them to enquire the status of my order. No one reply. I called their customer services...

Best place to purchase the product I was seeking. Have bought same product in past from GWC and will probably purchase same again from GWC. Issued a USP tracking number that was invalid for several days until contacted GWS for explanation....

I attempted to contact customer service via email since the tracking info was wrongfully provided. I never heard back from the company. The ordered produt arruved a few days later hence making this experience very stressful!
