When I ordered from you (28JAN)you said the product was "in stock." I didn't receive until 16FEB. That is not "in stock". I emailed and said to cancel the order if you couldn't get to me by 06FEB, but you sent anyway. Product is good.

Whether my fault or not, in order to return a couple of items I don't seem to have an invoice in which to do this with. I did receive invoices from individual companies that were shipping invoices not return invoices.

description of product as well as pictures were inadequate the pulls i ordered were very thin. The price reflected this but the description did not.
