When I first purchased the garden lights, there was no notification that other components were required to make them operable. I had to spend money to call an electrician to tell me that other components were needed to install the lights.

I placed my order on Sept. 20. After 1 month I emailed them & received a response that the item was discontinued. They should have contacted me right away so that I could have ordered something else. Prompt refund however!

An item ordered was discontinued; had to cancel order. Part had already shipped. I will use, but wish 1) the online catalog had been up-to-date 2) I had been given return options and help with alternatives. I purchased the rest through ATG.

The ship time took much too long. When i called about the order approximately a week and a half after the order was placed it was still in the warehouse. I was told that the order would ship in 3-5 days.

Ordered 2 items, one was delivered promptly, never received the 2nd item. Called and emailed cust. service nemerous times. At this time, noone is responding to emails.

I am still waiting for a defective fixture to be replaced. This has been over two weeks and I have half of a bathroom without lights. No follow up, mo replacement light.
