I'm purchasing for a school shop class. I don't know if you accept purchase orders or not, but it would be very helpful if you did so that I do not have to use my own money and then request reimbursement.

I ordered four knobs on approval, planning to pick one and order about thirty. After more than a week, a box arrived with only one knob (Laurey 08300). Would like to receive the remaining three. Also, your phone message lacked number for response.
