Very disapointed with the shipping and tracking this time, my product was ordered april 29/30 and did no ship out until may 6th and no emails from upgrade memory about the delay in shipping im not as happy as i was with my first order from upgrade... (more)

The three 1 gig memory modules I purchased for my Asus motherboard seem to work with Windows XP but do not work with Windows Vista. The WIndows tech support stated it was a hardware - memory issue.
