I booted and read issues. Went into the BIOS where I saw that the memory was not reading correctly. 1st DIMM = 144 MB, S/N B1090687 2nd DIMM = 31 MB, S/N B1090688 Please send RMA to Correct this problem, Thankx in advance. 'D'

I received the product within two days, ONCE IT WAS SHIPPED. I wrote an e-mail on the 3rd business day after I ordered because I wasn't sure what was really going on other than the web report saying "not yet shipped".

I have been having a problem with contacting support for my problem. Yhe memory did not work and I did everything on the trouble shooting page,

It was great. I receive the memory before the computestallation arrived so I had to wait to install it. In was easy and I had no problems getting it to work.
