I paid the same amount for more memory as i would have at a "Best Buy" for less memory. THANK YOU. It's been a long time coming for me to go from 64 ram to 1 gig. Thanks for making it affordable. I think I might love my computer now.

I doubt I will remember you then next time I buy memory. I picked you based on an internet price comparison and will do the same next time. I don't buy much memory very often.

I ordered memory for a printer, no shipping info given, the customer address came back as non-deliverable, no way to contact them, no phone number, I wrote the webmaster threatening to cancel and they sent me a shipping notice saying it had not shipped and no info available, I have no idea how to get an RMA number, required for a refund. The Printer manufacturer tells me that they do not support 128MB of memory and they did not lie. I will say this, there is a phone number and they quickly sent me an RMA to return the product. Their email address may not work but look into the "Contact Us" area and their telephone support people gave me no trouble (more)

Your webpage needs to do some sort of confirmation so that a person doesn't get charged twice for a single order. I only hit submit one time but was charged (and sent) two items. That was my issue and as soon as I'm able to send back the extra item, I will be properly reimbursed. (more)

Order placed March 11,2008. Phone call placed on March 25 inquiring about the order. I was told item was not on hand and would be shipped asap. However I should have been notified there was a hold up. Received the item on March 28 in good condition.

I did not receive an email when my order was shipped.

I have used Upgrade memory for the last few years also for several of the companies I work for and they have always been excellent. This time I placed my order and the on-line statas remained as "Not Shipped" for some time. I was concerned about this and attempted to contact them via email and phone without response. I eventually revieved the order but my client was not happy with the delay this caused. If I received a reason or was able to contact customer service I would have no issue. (more)
