I ordered @ 10 cartridges. I was confused on which ink cartridge was which since the numbers are different from what you purchase in the store. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Initially received an ink cartridge which did not work in my printer. Opened live contact and it was resolved by sending a 2-nd cartridge which worked fine. Satisfied in the end. It costs about $21 over net and $60 in store.

Very pleased with pricing and quickness of delivery, not sure yet if product will preform well (remanufactured cartridges) haven't printed anything yet

The prices and service we've received from InkJetSuperstores has made owning a printer and a copier much less painful! The prices that they want in the stores for the cartridges just make you want to buy a new printer....almost the same price!
