One of the reps was foreign and had a strong accent. He was uncooperative and when I asked for a supervisor he put me on hold and never returned (I waited for over 5 minutes).

C/S told methat ATT didn't a/p my order.WhenI called ATT said they I was customer with a cr/bal.When W/F did a/p me W/F sent me the wrong phones which I had to return,W/F told me it would be 3 days until I got my phone which was unacceptable.

I like wirefly cause its more varies of phones and colors and it cost less than what i was paying for at some stores i don't want to say but YES i love it more satisfied thanks you WIREFLY.

The instructions that came with the phone said to contact customer service to activate the phone. When calling they did not activate the phone only walked me thru the start up. Sprint activated my phone.

When I was ordering my verizon, I did not know what service they used to get me what I had ordered....so I am very happy to know now that it was you and definitly will be asking to use your service on any future purchase.
