The 2 Nokia 6350's are great but the sym cards were not programed to my phones and the phones did not activate as they were supposed to. Luckily I have a ATT store near my home and they gave me new sym cards free and the phones activated right away.

I had multiple issues with your customer support team, I was told a offer wasnt good, promo 1800, andthen spoke with another and was told different, was told also of inaccurate nfo on final price. Customer support, on phone was hard to understand.

I returned a phone in exchange for another as I was Instructed 8 days ago. I called today and was told they haven't received the phone I sent therefor they can't send my replacement. I'm without phone for now. They're charging me for FREE ACTIVATION!

The Net Book is fantastic. It's just what I needed for my traveling. The only thing I don't understand is what am I to do about a cell phone now that I have used that number to secure my net book?
