I did not recieve the product i ordered. After a week i recieved an email telling me that i returned the item. I DID NOT RECIEVE IT! WHAT SCAM IS THIS! PLEASE SEND ME A NUMBER WHERE I COLD CALL.

I was really unsatisfied with my purchase , I though I was getting new technology not 4 years old stuff. I was lead to believe it was !!!!!

It would be nice to speak with someone who can speak English to solve my problems. I was asked to email my drivers license and social security card to the rep. Are you kidding!!

Wirefly upgraded my Verizon account to the wrong plan. It was not the plan that I ordered. Fortunately, I was able to contact Verizon and correct this myself.

The product purchased has a battery problem. We have not worked it out as yet and may be fixed in the future so may not be exact on the survey.

I placed an order for 3 upgrades & only 1 came in. My family was Very disappointed to find out they would have to wait a few more months to get their upgrades after choosing phones & contracts, not to mention impatiently waiting for the phones to...

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT I NEVER RECIEVED MY PHONE DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT CHANGING MY ADDRESS AS I REQUESTED. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.
