The return process is horrible. I've had service through and was renewing my contract, yet wirefly will deactivate my phone service until I receive the new phone. There is no need to do that unless I wanted it that way.

no tax, good prices, no problem except att needed to contact me and i had to find out by contacting wirefly to check status. would have been easier to email me to contact instead of waiting for me to check

new phone was turn on before i got then plus my old phone was cut off and I had no service. call ATT about my service and they dont under whey my old phone was turn off before getting new phones I am think about return new phones

My wife's pink sleeve did not
have the cutout openings for buttons on the side and you could see
the markins where they should have been cut out but, it was'nt.
How can you pass a INSPECTION and ship to cust. ????

I had a hard time communicating with customer service rep. Accent was too strong. I think you all need better communication with AT&T.
