the only suggestion I have is to add more information about the hotspot. I purchased it but did not need it with my plan. Had there been more information I would not have ordered it.

I ordered 2 cell phones on 10-31/09, but I received one on 11-4/09. The 2nd one be cancelled, it made a mistake, because I did not cancel the 2nd new cell phone. Can you send the 2nd phone(number 858-531-4899)(with 550 plan) to me?

the phone i ordered, i have activated it several times and it still does not ring when the number is dialed, though some text messages have come thru, i can call out on it, just not receive a call/
