One of the phones was not as I expected and I returned it for exchange and at this time it is not finished and I am now without a phone.

Their alleged "customer service" fails misreably in all respects. Had questions about item availability, & shipping, that no one could answer! Spent over 2 hours on phone calls and followed up with UNANSWERED emails! WASTE OF TIME & NEVER AGAIN!!
