My order was delivered to the wrong address. The FedEx delivery person did not require a signature and just left the package which I had to locate. The customer service rep was not helpful and would not refer me to someone else.

Please fix your Customer Support Hotline/Contact number. When calling and going through the correct menu options, i was hung on each and evry time. I was forced to use the online chat to resolve issues.
