the order was canceled wirefly was suppose to see if another carrier would be able to offer me something but it never happen.

i have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER WERE IS IT

I found the process of demanding enlarged, lightened copies of my driver's license and Social Security card on both sides to be difficult and, because I don't have a fax machine, expensive. I had to re-send my photocopies three times, with the first re-send being my fault. How light do things have to be to accommodate their fax machines? It's ridiculous! (more)

I called regarding the pending balances that were on my credit card. No One seemed to be abletohelp me, but in the end the issue was resolved.

Overall I was satisfied with the service with only one exception. At the time I put my order, the model I was looking for wasn't available. Four days after I put my order , the phone was available (for free) and I tried to exchange mine for the other one and the answer was that I need to pay the price at the time of my order. Most places guarantee your cost for the next 30 days, but with wirefly was the other way around. Didn't make sense for me to cancel the whole order, return both phones and create a new order after that to get the current price. Maybe that's something you guys should improve. Thanks (more)
