The clamps were, by far, superior to other nyleon clamps that I have purchased on ebay. They were value priced also.

The stamps I ordered were a great price for the set. They were the size and font i needed. When the box arrived however, it was poorly packaged and partially torn. The lid of one of the stamp sets was brocken and one of the stamps was missing. Also, all of the stamp sets were heavly oiled. I am using them as hand stamps for jewelry making, and they had to be cleasned before I could even use them. I was unawaire that they were machine stamps, and it did not indicate so in the description. (more)

I just feel that on small orders like mine, for the same price USPS Priority Mail could be used with a Flat Rate box and cusotmers would be a little more impressed with delivery of the item. I was kind of bummed that I had to wait so long for such a small box. Over half the time would have been cut by using 2-3 day priority mail. (more)

UPS is slower than FedEx.

Great service

The polishing parts are very good, But they need to be on longer shafts for the drill. I could not get into places very good and would hit the material with the drill end and scar-up what I was polishing.

Dremmel cutting discs are of very poor quality, very brittle and last only seconds compared to several minutes for the Dremmel brand product

While I liked the products, I am a little disappointed with the shipping. Ordered the items 4-4-08 received them 4-11-08. The flat rate shipping was a little pricy and took longer to get to me then expected for the cost. The website quoted the flat rate shipping but didn't specify how long (e.g. 3 days ground, 5 days, etc.) I ordered a few items from another company the day after my order with Papa John's was placed and paid less ($5.25 for 3 days ground) for UPS shipping and recieved the items two days earlier. I would probably go with the other company because they have similar prices but far better shipping rates and times. (more)
