i was happy although it was a bit scratched, but then, after hardly using it, the handle broke right off. Not came apart, but broken lierally. we were not using it hard either.

I'm saddened to learn that my new Electrolux isn't made by "Electrolux" any longer. I had my old "Lux" 25 years - the sales rep goes to my church and filled me in. He still sells 'lux' - wish I'd bought from him.

My second purchase, same item, a gift. Originally bought for myself, so satisfied that I sent this one to my daughter.
As for the one I bought last month for my self am thrilled, big house and big dog,etc.

I am very pleased with my Electrolux twin vacumn. The new one does the same fine job that my old metal tank model one has for all these years. Thanks for being a company that really makes a fine lasting product
