It is hard to rate a vacuum after only having it for a day. I need to use it several times over a month to really give an accurate rating of the product.

Am very happy with my new Harmony Electrolux vacuum. Am 81 years old and love the weight and suctioning power of this item. Loved the quiet running of this product. My skittish Golden retriever actually likes it, too. Hooray!

The Power Head only turns to the Right jams up on left turns factory says this is normal not noticed in several stores we looked at simular unit can this power head be changed for one that works properly
