it took a long time to receive my shipment (order on 12/30 and received 1/11). i was not able to track my order - my ultra diamonds account did not accept my username and password.the ring is smaller than i thought it would be - images on the finger...

It was easy enough finding the product I wanted, easy checkout, and delivery was relatively on time. Tracking was easy and customer service was friendly and helpful to answer questions. I will recomend Ultra Diamonds to friends and family.

I contacted them to advise that I did not receive the full benefit of a 20% coupon. I found out that their 800 number, without discount had the item for $769. The website however was at $899. If I would have received the $769 readily available price...
