Product and Customer service was great. The only complaint I have is, I did not receive an invoice/statement which details the item and the purchase price with my order. I have requested this, was told it was sent out, but am still waiting.

Disappointed in the setting the earrings were in. It looks cheap and like the prongs barely hold the diamonds in the setting.

I tried to use a e-certificate from Discover but it was not accepted,something messed-up on either Discover's side or your side. Now I have to mail it to you to recieve credit,which will take longer than it should have.

The earings I received were broken. I have returned them then next day and still have not seen another pair of earings. I originally purchased for a particular even that is already past for more than a week.
