I recieved the case with a broken handle and could not find a telephone number to talk to someone about my urgent need for the case. The email says they will respond in 24 hours I emaied on a saturday and recieved an answer on a tuesday. I threw the... (more)

My original order ended up being the wrong type of case... However, I ordered a second case on a Monday via 2nd day air due to a business trip that I was leaving on in 6 days. It arrived after I left for my trip and was a half inch to small.

Disappointed in the locking system, i saw similar cas's for much less money.
