The website indicated free delivery yet for Canada apparently this is international (from the US) - the additional charge was ridiculous. I ended up shipping to a relative in California who brought to us on a trip.

we have received both shipments. I ordered two pair of shoes. But will not open these boxes until the Christmas presents are all opened.

Very satisfied with my purchase experience. Even though the product was initially backordered, it was back in stock in a timely manner and delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Very happy with the purchase, could probably be some improvement on the shipping aspect of your business. Product was ordered online on the 2nd of Sept and didn't ship until the 15th?? Alternate int'l shipping method could eliminate high duty costs??
