one of the two sinks received was damaged but we are keeping it anyway. the outside of the box did not show any damage but somehow one of the corners was bent.

Kevins' knowledge of the Moen product line was impressive, as was his level of customer service. Kevin initiated a call to the factory and found what I needed was in stock and Faucet Warehouse.com had an order that would be arriving in 10 days.

Our experience was great. A preorder question was handled expertly by phone. (Kudos for a live person on the phone!) Our order was easily placed online. The shipment arrived on time and in excellent condition. The price was great.

You had every color and every model available. The big box stores only carry certain items, and I need a water efficient model which no one had. It was delivered very quickly! Thanks.
