We buy these as gifts and have them delivered directly to the recipient, so we can't speak to timeliness of delivery or the quality of product. However, the checkout process is always easy, and the customer service I've gotten has always been nice.

I was pleased w/ ease of ordering & initial responsiveness. However, disappointed that I didn't receive a reply to a final E-mail sent after receiving my goods. Perhaps they are "all business" or just to busy to respond.

I was delighted with all aspects except I was disappointed that a $4.00 gift wrap didn't include ribbon or a bow.
