We received the product and it broke within 15 minutes of use. We are waiting for the replacement to come in. My opinion will be based on the condition of the replacement unit. Thanks.

It would have been helpful if the website included better pictures of the exact line of tools included in the toolkit we ordered. The product should have been packages better, there was damage, although minor, to the inside of one of the cases and a... (more)

2 back ordered line items / 2 additional shipping charges. Acceptable to hold items and ship w/one cost. Varify with purchaser prior to shipping. Additional $14.49 that was not originally approved in the initial total purchase.

I was never told that my order was back ordered, until I called when I did not receive my product in a timely manner. I was concerend when I received two different e-mails telling me that I should have received my product by now, and I hadn't.

I have used this company for tools and products for many years. They are 10 minutes away from my office, but I made this order on-line this time. Everything worked out perfect. Delivery was faster than expected.

I ordered this part on the 23rd of October and did not recieve until Nov. 3rd. Had no way to contact vendor by phone or email and the cost of shipping was misleading. I would like to continue doing business with this company, but I am very hesitant.

I ordered a electric speed wrap tool. I am very satisfied with the product however I wish it came with the cartridge instead I have to purchase those seperatley.
