one of my items was described as a "multi-purpose" tool. It has two functions. This was hype.

Specialized has always been prompt about getting my purchases here in a timely manner and was one of the first companies to email me when the order had shipped which is a great help.

I would have liked to be informed before my shipment was sent that part of it was on back order and an estimated time for delivery on the back ordered product.

Shipping and handling was a bit expensive compared to size and weight of product. Two tubes of cleaning swabs the size of roughly my thumb cost 12 dollars. I order boxes of vitamins and supplements weighing pounds at a time for around 5 dollars for 2-3 day ground from other companies. (more)

I do not understand why I have not recieved any indication of whether I even submitted an order; I have heard absolutley nothing from Specialized Products Company!
