The only thing issues I had with this order is the tracking number supplied was UPS and the hyper link was FedEx.

The only reason I gave an other than 10 rating on ' product meets expectations ', was because of only one item - the rest are fine. One pair of the glasses had a broken arm upon arrival. A little concerned about the " flimsiness " of this particular item but won't worry too much. Will just be careful when deploying/stowing arms... A new pair has been sent out without need for return of broken item - awaiting their arrival. Specialized handled issue properly in my opinion. I have ordered from you in the past and will continue to do so in the future as the need arrises. (more)

I can't remember when I ordered something that was not a partial delivery with a back order involved. Here's how it works. When I need three I order three. Then, you send me two. What just happened? I make other arrangements next time go to them first. Then I find out that Specialized charges 20% to 33% more. I guess that's how they can afford to send me so many catalogs to my home AND business.
