Terrible experience with these low-class scammers. This is the first time I tried buying FFXI gil, felt bad enough about it just for lowering myself to doing such a thing. Long story short, I was told my 3 million gil would be available in 2 hours, waited all night, no gil. Called next morning, the online chat person said it would definitely be less than 24 hours... About 8 hours later got a call saying my gil was ready for delivery and I needed to log on to FFXI.... Told them I was at work and couldnt log in so to deliver to my delivery box. nobody should ever shop at brogame, everyone who left negative comments is right, i read some negative comments, ignored them, made sure that brogame "doesnt bot" by inquiring a live chat, and was extremely nice, they took a delayed time, i ordered the 1-60 package and by level 26 my account has been banned! a level 70 epic rogue down the drain thanks to these jerkoffs. do not shop there. NOTICE TO ALL UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS!!!! I TRIED THIS SITE, WAS THE VERY FIRST SITE I STOPED AT, I asked the customer support on their live chat, If I order when can the process begin "within 30 mins" i was told. Ok I placed a order though pay pal, 3 days later nothing< i finaly bitched em out enough and told them that i was going to cancel my order with a dispute with my credit card company and they wouldn't recive paymen since i had been assured that service would begin momentarly or with in the hour by their Chat supporters. I purchased THREE power leveling services from Brogame. This was 1 week ago. In a matter of a week 2 of those accounts have been suspended. When I spoke with livechat no compensation was given. I asked if I was banned what compensation would I have and they would not tell me. Basically like all the other reviews say you will be left without the money or the account, which is a horriable customer service policy. Do not purchase ANYTHING from Brogame. You will regret it as I and many others do. I spent over $800 here and I gurentee I will not get anything I paid for. Do your self a favor try a different company or none at all. (more)

Despite some negative reviews, I was very pleased with the service. I bought 5k gold and it was delivered within two hours on Shadow Council (US). After making the purchase, I read some mixed reviews so I contacted the online support. I chatted with someone for about 5 minutes, got disconnected then received a phone call shortly thereafter. Within 10 minutes of the phone call I was getting my gold. (more)

this is the first time i bought gold in Brogame ,i feel its so fast to get the gold ,i am very satisfied ,becouse i bought the gold on others website before ,but the time all were so long ,and this time is the most fast .so i hope it can be more fast then .thanks for Brogame. (more)

BEWARE OF BROGAME.COM It took 6 months to get my WoW Gold. I also ordered power leveling services since I work so much and I dont have much time to play. They got both of my accounts banned!!! FUCK BROGAME.COM!!

No delivery of gold. Had to cancel order after customer support kept promising it would only be a few more minutes 3 times. Seems like they take your order with no concern for if they have any gold or not. Be sure to use Paypal if you do business with these people. I was able to cancel my order through Paypal to get my refund. (more)
