Although one of the items ordered was shipped incorrectly, after making a phone call, the order was corrected and I received the correct item the next day and returned (shipped back) the wrong item with no difficulty.

This item was not in stock, was not advised that shipping would be delayed until I contacted them one week from order placement. They could have offered to ship express at their expense. Most unsatisfactory purchase on the web yet.

We paid 40/more or less each unit for expedited service and it took a week. That's not acceptable.
