I placed an order on 3/13/09, money was taken out of my account,I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. As of 4/17/09 I have not received the order, I have emailed the company with no reply and the number had been disconnected.

It was a gift for my boyfriend who lives in another state. I have no idea about the product itself, other than a brief description of the box and unopened contents. I'll find out when I go up there in a couple of weeks!

The customer service at Simply for Lovers left something to be desired during this experience. I will probably purchase from them again but, I would hope that they will have their customer service more responsive and courteous by then.
