I would have like to have gotten an email saying that the product was shipped. The product came quickly and installed and preformed as expected. If I decide to upgrade another computer, I will use Memory Giant again.

I received the shipment in a timely manner, but the wrong product was shipped. I ordered (2) 2GB SIMMS and received (2) 1GB SIMMS.

I chose Memory Giant from all the others due to price, but also because of all the customer support offered,in a very visible way--as if they really WANTED the customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
