I ask for fast delivery and paid for 2 day delivery. It wasn't mailed until Thursday and didn't arrive in two days - it took 4 days, apporximately the same amount of time as though I had took the standard shipping. rbcraig1@verizon.net

I requested to exchange the item I bought for another item. Instead of being able to exchange and just pay the difference, I have to mail this item back, wait for the refund to be issued then purchaxe the item I need.

I'm sorry, I thought that I had already responded to this. Nevertheless,I'm very satisfied with the product and delivery time. I plan to do some more upgrading in the near future. I look forward to doing business with memory giant again!

For $29.00 I now have a three year old computer that works as well as it did when new. Some friends told me to use another company but I decided against it and I'm glad I did. Thank you very much.
