Was able to get my club within 2 days, delivered to the door. I was able to converse with a support person to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in terms of specifics of the shaft that I had demo'd prior.

Extremely happy with my order, but still waiting on portion of order from Taylormade. Realize you're at their mercy for shipping, but communication should continue until I received that part of the order. Maybe just email updates?
