One of the products I ordered didn't come and there wasn't any indication that I had even ordered it. I called & was told the product was no longer in stock. It would've been helpful if this was indicated on my order.

impossible to size correctly Third try none are good fits and i wear a classic 10 med and and adjusted size just as you reccomended

I was concerned I would not receive my order on time because it did not ship the day I placed the order, so I contacted customer service about it. My package was supposed to arrive Friday but arrived a day early!

If the sizing is significantly different than how your website directs a consumer to purchase a product, shipping charges on returned items should be deducted from the pricing.
