The item was damaged. They sent UPS to pick it up the day after I called. I have no complaints about how the matter is being handled so far. I hope the replacement will be in good shape.

My order arrived late, and customer service was rotten. Two un-returned emails (rude!) and to this date, I have no idea why my order was late b/c no one from WD cared enough to follow-up and explain it to me. Nice website but horrible customer...

I was not informed when placing the order that the item was on back order and thus delivery was delayed a week or so. Otherwise have been very satisfied when dealing with this firm.
