the only problem i had was we were shipped two of the same items. fedex retrieved the extra.

I bought an ash vacuum. It arrived broken. I recieved a replacement and returned the broken unit. The replacement died after a few minutes of use. I am trying to to get it replaced yet again.

My first order was missing all the 1/4X20 Lock Nuts. I had to go to Home Depot to Purchase Lock Nuts. I was Not Happy about that. It cost me $10.00 plus Gas and time.
