There is no reason to take an order and only mention it is out of stock, and back ordered more than a month days later. With the proper computer inventory, this information should be available upon putting the item in the shopping cart.

I haven't hung up this chandelier yet so do not know if all the parts etc are in the box and in good condition. I plan to have it hung within the next few weeks.

Service was good, but the lamp shade was broken when delivered. I contacted the online distributor and they were extremely helpful in ordering a replacement. I have not received the replacement yet, but I expect to receive it shortly.

The product was received ontime. However, This product was an open box. I guest some one had bought this item and returned. The quality of this product is very poor. I would try not to by product from the same manufacturer again.

I did not receive all the lite bulbs so I had to go to the electrical supply and purchase them
I am a little pissed and it wasted my time, but that's life, right

They did not know they had sent me an incorrect tracking number until
I called. I was then informed that the merchandise is unavailable until late Nov. Bad, I should
have been notified at the time I ordered.
