I ordered 2 shoes they both came in defective. One shoe's zipper wouldn't even go down so it was clearly not looked at before packaging the other shoe I wore only three time the heal fell off I have to pay to ship back my shoes thats rediculous

I had an awful expierience with UPS. I was treated awful. I didnt get the package until Friday when it was suppose to be delivered on Monday. I was given the wrong information every time i called, I was given a Fake address to pick the package up at.

i got a great deal but so far one of the shoes have shown to be made of very cheap materials. As far as looks tho, they exceed expectations.

The dlvry shldn't rquire an adult sign. (21+ yrs). Aftr missing 2 dlvries dring my reg. wrk hrs, I hd to drve 20+ min. to go & pck up the pkg.In addtn, 1 pair I orignally ordrd online and was billed for, did not arrive since it was no lnger in stck.
