I did not get my package right away. They sent me an email to confirm shipping, and I did not get the package until 4 days later. I have already recommend the company and will purchase from you again, but I think they should send out tracking...

I ordered black shoes in a size 8.5 and got brown shoes in a 7.5....disappointing as I needed them for an event for work.

find a better way to track orders -- and to confirm delivery. I never got confirmation that my daughter receceived her boot liners (from you), but definitely heard from her -- she was thrilled!

The RETURNS page on the site needs to be updated. I answered all questions yet was told that I did not provide my full name (which is the FIRST thing I gave them) and order number... which was not mentions on the rules. I feel this is to STALL.

I ordered 2 shoes they both came in defective. One shoe's zipper wouldn't even go down so it was clearly not looked at before packaging the other shoe I wore only three time the heal fell off I have to pay to ship back my shoes thats rediculous

I had an awful expierience with UPS. I was treated awful. I didnt get the package until Friday when it was suppose to be delivered on Monday. I was given the wrong information every time i called, I was given a Fake address to pick the package up at.
