I was surprised that my order arrived before I received the email that it was shipped. (You must use "Time-Warp Shipping" so that I get the order before it's shipped.) I was very pleased with the quality of the product; it's everything described, and more. You can be sure that I will be making more purchases through Kingdom. (more)

I was not happy with the delivery--they left the box of labels on our porch on a very wet rug--with the rain blowing onto the box. We had a plastic bin for packages, but they did not use it.

on the web site it was deceiving to weather or not I was getting the clear or off white cassette tapes and one cassette was broken(no big deal). I am not completely disappointed with the purchase, I will make it work, and I think your company is a fine business. (more)

It took 17 days to receive the survey...it took 18 days to receive the product. The Product is great, the price is superb and the wait is worth it!
