Just unpacked and have not used it yet. The inside box and foam was broke, but the vacuum seems to be ok as far as I can tell.

10 days to receive a simple vacuum hose is too long. I didn't like the tracking method BisRate required me to use to track the item. I did appreciate that you got my order correct. Thanks.
